A simple recipe, designed for you

Caffeine-free, theine-free, and with no added flavors, L'Instant Beauté easily integrates into your daily routine. Enjoy it hot or iced; it supports periods when the skin becomes more sensitive, particularly during hormonal fluctuations.

To fully enjoy the flavors of your infusion:

Hot version
- 1 teaspoon of herbs
- Water heated to 70°C
- Let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes

Cold version
- 2 tablespoons in a 1.5L pitcher
- Add room temperature water
- Let infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

The herbs can be re-infused a second time.

To support the female cycle, we recommend a one-week course before menstruation and throughout its duration.
