Theine and caffeine-free, this infusion can be enjoyed both during the day and in the evening for a true moment of relaxation.

To fully enjoy the flavors of your infusion:

Hot version
- 1 teaspoon of herbs
- Water heated to 70°C
- Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes

Cold version
- 2 tablespoons in a 1.5L carafe
- Add water at room temperature
- Infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

The herbs can be re-infused a second time.
