Naturally decaffeinated, caffeine-free, and without added flavors, L'Instant Réconfort supports women seeking a plant-based solution to better experience their periods. We recommend consuming it as a course one week before periods and throughout their duration, to naturally support this period of the cycle.

To fully enjoy the flavors of your infusion:

Hot version
- 1 teaspoon of herbs
- Water heated to 70°C
- Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes

The herbs can be re-infused a second time.

To support the female cycle, we recommend a one-week course before menstruation and throughout its duration.

L'Instant Réconfort is intended for women who wish to naturally alleviate menstrual pain and discomfort related to their cycle. It can also be suitable for women with endometriosis looking for a wellness infusion to complement their medical treatment.

We recommend a course of consumptionone week before and throughout the duration of menstruation, to be repeated every month if necessary.
